Customer Journey
1. Contact us
Initial contact is usually by phone or email letting us know which products you are interested in. If you can send pictures of your windows or doors by email, this gives us an instant view of your room and is very helpful. To gather an initial quotation, you can also send us approximate measurements.
2. Discuss options
After the initial contact we can find a time to discuss the options in more detail, this can be done in our friendly showroom in Kempston, or we can arrange a time for one of our expert representatives to visit you at home. Our FREE home visit is where we will survey and take accurate measurements.
3. Bespoke quote
Once we have the accurate measurements and you’ve selected your products, we can then provide our final quotation. Our pricing is competitive – we do not entice or encourage you to purchase with gimmicky offers or flash sales! All quotes will show the cost of each item with detailed information of each product.
4. Place your order
Once you’ve had time to consider your quote and discuss any amendments with our team, it is time to place your order. We require minimum deposit of 50% to proceed with the rest due prior to completion. Once your order is placed, we will send confirmation and then get busy making your bespoke products. Our lead times depend on the product selected, estimated lead times are Blinds – 4 weeks, Curtains – 6 weeks, Shutters – 12 weeks (all subject to change).
5. Fitting
Once your order is manufactured, checked and ready to install you will receive an email proposing a fitting date with either an AM or PM appointment, our fitters then call when they are on their way to inform their exact arrival time. All fitters are experienced and trustworthy, they will expertly install your products, clean up after themselves and remove all packaging. We’ll demonstrate the workings, answer any queries, and take some photos of the products.
6. Review & enjoy
